I have called numerous times about different questions regarding the apartment and each time I call, the woman is so rude, she jumps down my throat with an answer before I can even get the question out. I do not feel questions pertaining to maintenance, parking, etc. are stupid, but she sure does! Pros: I only signed a year lease Cons: Unwilling to answer questions more

Awful customer service!!! 6/21/2008

This is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with in over 15 years of renting!!! I was renting from an apartment that Schuloff Property Management bought from the previous owner and I had nothing but problems when leaving there. Even the manager of the apartments had told me she had never worked with anyone like them before and warned me that I was gonig to be for when I came to her with my concerns. She also advised she would help me and then never did. I also called to speak with James Schuloff himself and was advised he does not know talk with tenants, what kind of company does not talk to their tenants?? Please be very careful if you rent from this company!! more
