I have called numerous times about different questions regarding the apartment and each time I call, the woman is so rude, she jumps down my throat with an answer before I can even get the question out. I do not feel questions pertaining to maintenance, parking, etc. are stupid, but she sure does!
Pros: I only signed a year lease
Cons: Unwilling to answer questions
