I've been getting my Hyundai serviced at Schofield East, where I bought the car, for 11 years. The customer service is outstanding! These people go out of their way to make sure I get exactly what I need at a price that is comparable to all other shops. They're friendly and always looking for ways to make my experiences with them positive. They also have great coffee-which is why all of my appointments are scheduled for first thing in the morning. ;) more

Oil Change/Grease 10/16/2014

As usual, the service at Scholfiield Hyundai is excellent. The only negative issue was grease transferred from someone's hand on the driver side armrest. This is should be addressed with the mechanics. more

Service needs work. 10/14/2014

llove Hyundai and for the most part they are great but the service dept needs to be a little better about things. Last few times I have been there they state a time and it is WAAAAAY longer than they say. Took my Santa Fe in for tire rotation, new wipers and oil change and was told 1 1/2 hours at the most, I was there almost 3 hours and had to go ask what was up. This happened the time before this last time too. I don't mine waiting if I am told the correct amount of time and someone updates me on what is going on but being told 1 1/2 hours and it takes 3 and no one ever said a word is BS. more

The folks at the service counter From Coy to the receptiionist are top notch folks. My only trouble has been the mechanics not always doing the work right at times. However, Coy and Nathan are good about seeing that the mistake or problem is corrected. more
