car service 3/14/2015

my last 2 services, oil/filter/etc has been good. The vacuuming of car has not been very good. both times the back compartment and under the mats have not been done. more

I appreciate them for getting my recall done in a timely manner, and to let me have a car to take home, since I am not in town. This is a HUGE blessing since I work from home, and have two school aged children. There ended up being an addition issue that resulted from the recall work, but they were able to take care of that problem too. more

The staff is very helpful and honest with me. The staff also is very good about explaining what needs to done and what was done. My daughter especially likes that. That they talk to her and not to me when they work on her car. more

Coutomer Focused 2/12/2015

Arrived at dealership without appointment wanting an oil change, tire rotation, and diagnostic of noise coming from front wheel area. Was out in a bit over an hour with oil changed, a recall(which I hadn't received yet) completed and the diagnostic completed. Rotation was not done as I had tire problems and needed to replace tires. I had estimates for two different tires. All in all, I was very pleased with the outcome. more

Not happy 2/9/2015

Changed oil, or at least said they did, did not check tire pressure even when advised car pulling to one side. Thanks for making me pay for air in zero temperatures 2 days later. All 4 tires were low by 4 pounds each! So much for nitrogen tires. more
