Great place to go for oil change 1/21/2015

The staff at Scholfield East are consistently friendly and welcoming. The facility is nice and waiting area accommodating. Quick turn around in terms of scheduling maintenance (I usually call the day I am hoping to schedule an appointment). Price for oil change seem competitive and love the 5th free! more

We brought our vehicle in for routine maintenance on a Friday, this was a scheduled appointment and the process went very smooth - Friday night we noticed a headlight went out - we stopped in Saturday morning and they got us in right away and only charged for the item more

I am disappointed about the mileage on my Elantra but apparently that problem is being handled legally. The dealership is always clean, the people are very helpful, and overall I am very pleased. more

Corrected so so service with excellent service. 1/14/2015

Scheduled oil change appointment and traveled almost an hour with my 3 year old to make the appointment. After an hour and a half they did not get to my car yet. Manager set me up with a car so we could go eat lunch and was extremely nice and apologetic. The service was comped and they even washed my car when they were not washing others due to issues with the wash bay. Coy went above and beyond to make up for the poor service. I was very happy with service by the time I left. more

Great Service!! 1/13/2015

They always do an exceptional job!! Every time I need a shuttle to my work in a timely manner-since I only have an hour for lunch. Every time the young lady that shuttles me is always so sweet and is very cautious for my safety. I love having her shuttle me! I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and co-workers. Some now go there because I told them of my experience! more

Quick to respond 1/5/2015

When my service appointment was over and I went to my car, I discovered that something was not yet done. Instead of making me set another time to come in, they immediately set about correcting the issue and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes! Much appreciated. more
