Very Professional Service Call 1/8/2017

We were in a panic as our kitchen sink plumbing was stopped up the day prior to the service call. The initial contact with the office was very pleasant and the appointment scheduled efficiently. It grew late on the afternoon of the service call and we were very concerned. We contacted the office again and the point of contract woman was very pleasant and checked with the actual plumbing dispatcher who was also very pleasant and efficient. We were the last service call of the day but the serviceman, Scott, was still upbeat and professional. He resolved the problem, replaced a broken ring and tightened the lock on the garbage disposal both of which while not a cause for the stoppage would have caused future trouble. He wasted no time or motion, issues were resolved and inside the financial estimates that were giv en. Very well done in all facets of service delivery. more

He was professional and true! No pushy sales pitch and a pleasure to meet!... told us what to expect with our unit being old... with some issues we are having.. would highly recommend! more

Prompt service 1/5/2017

Sewer backed up in the basement Christmas Eve day. Nick came out and worked very hard and finally cleared the clogged line. Called a few other places before Schneller and no one wanted to come out. Thanks for saving Christmas! more

Very thorough 1/5/2017

Our service appointment was done very thoroughly. We felt good about the information and service we received. He spent a good chunk of time making sure everything was in working order and gave us tips of what to have checked in the spring. more

Service and maintenance 12/11/2016

Very professional staff. Received a reminder call about my appointment with a 2 hour window for the arrival. Day of appointment I was called to let me know that they we on the way to our house. Great Experience! 12/8/2016

We had a great experience! Our technician, Nick, took the time to accurately diagnose the issue and had a solution ready for our approval in a very short period of time. Plus, he took the time to look at a couple of other minor issues we were having and gave possible solutions as well as rough estimates to help us plan accordingly in the future. I would definitely recommend Schneller to anyone in the northern Kentucky area! Electric to Gas 12/7/2016

Recently we decided to replace our kitchen appliances and while doing so, change out our electric stove for a gas one. To do this, we knew we wanted a company that was reliable and would send us a well-qualified service tech. It was no surprise to us when the tech arrived that he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. The job was completed in a safe timely fashion. We are now enjoying our new gas stove! more

Knowledgeable and Efficient 11/30/2016

I've used schneller plumbing on several occasions for a variety of services. Some simple services as well as new installations. They provide quality work without a lot of mess. They have been respectful of my schedule and showed up as promised. The plumbers have all been knowledgeable, respectful,and wiling to answer questions as well as make suggestions. If possible ask for Scott. I know you will be pleased. more

I love how detailed my service report was! There were items that I could have tackled now, but felt very comfortable in pushing them off. Both Sales and Service are very professional and honest.
