Review content:
We were in a panic as our kitchen sink plumbing was stopped up the day prior to the service call. The initial contact with the office was very pleasant and the appointment scheduled efficiently. It grew late on the afternoon of the service call and we were very concerned. We contacted the office again and the point of contract woman was very pleasant and checked with the actual plumbing dispatcher who was also very pleasant and efficient. We were the last service call of the day but the serviceman, Scott, was still upbeat and professional. He resolved the problem, replaced a broken ring and tightened the lock on the garbage disposal both of which while not a cause for the stoppage would have caused future trouble. He wasted no time or motion, issues were resolved and inside the financial estimates that were giv en. Very well done in all facets of service delivery.
