I have taken my car to Schneider Auto Body two different times I had accidents. One was after I only had my car for three months. It was a front-end accident, and they returned my car in perfect condition. As good as new. They have great service, and they're very friendly. I trust them, and I have referred them to others because I trust them. more

Excellent Repairs 9/24/2012

I have used Schneider Auto Body to repair my Volkswagen Jetta front bumper cover whenever it was damaged when I backed off a parking barrier, curb or similar obstacle. They always figured out how to reattach the from spoiler and I was always grateful not to be driving a car with a front bumper cover hanging off my Jetta. Additionally, I had an accident that impacted my front end on the driver's side. The repairs were surburb -- I could not tell I had been in an accident. The paint color matched and the quality of the work was excellent. They worked with my insurance company to get the work done timely and within my policy limits. Thanks to everyone at Schneider's Auto. I always recommend Schneider's for body work. more

Total confidence. 8/10/2012

Schneider Auto Body is one of the only body shops in town where I feel confident my car will come back looking as good as it did before the accident. A key to that is that I have no confidence in most shops in town. Schneider repairs my car to as good as new. That's how I feel about them in a nutshell. Last time, I didn't even check over the work when I got my car back. That's how confident I am in their work. I have had four different cars repaired there over the past 15 years, and they have been super. I am really happy with them. more

They do a good job. 7/20/2012

Schneider Auto Body fixed 4 different cars for us, and the only complaint that I have is that they are slow. When it is finished it looks really good; they do a good job. They are really friendly. Also, there was a problem with a part on one of my cars, and the mechanic didn't think it was affected in the accident. Schneider Auto Body split the cost with me so that I would have to pay the entire cost myself. more

Overall good experience. 6/7/2012

Schneider Auto Body did some body work and paint work on my vehicle. It turned out OK. I did have some issues after I got the car back so I just went to the dealership because I did have warranty. They had to remove the tail lights when they painted the car and apparently the seal was broken because after I got the car back moisture kept getting in. Eventually the tail lights stopped working and that's when I just took the car to the dealership. When I was there the people asked me if I had body work done. They said that the clear coat had some bubbling. I hadn't noticed it but they did. Aside from that, the service I received at Schneider Auto Body was good. The person I dealt with was helpful and easy to deal with. I got my car back a couple of days late. I'm not sure what caused the delay but the work was good for the most part. more

Honest and Dependable 3/9/2012

About 5 years ago, I owned and Audi that was in an accident. When I went to my Audi dealer to ask who they recommended to repair my car, they said to definitely go to Schneider Auto Body. I was very pleased with the results. They are honest and dependable. They always have my car ready at the time they originally tell me and have great workmanship. I definitely recommend them and will continue using them. more

Definitely a five. They have exceptional customer service. Their detailed quality of work is fantastic. No place is as good and treats their clients as well. I recommend them all the time. They were a referred to me by a friend. They have a really good reputation, and they've been around a long time. They work on a lot of high end cars, and the quality of the work shows. more

I am a big fan of Schneider Auto Body. Margrit has always been great. Unfortunately I have had to use them a bit. I recommend going to them before any other mechanic. I have used them enough, and had a very positive experience. I have had them work on Subaru, Mercedes, BMW and GMC vehicle's. more

There's nobody better than Margrit! 12/6/2011

I've been going to Schneider Auto Body for years. There's nobody better in this valley to go to! Margrit stands behind her work. I went there recently to have some work done. They took it to the dealer because it's a Mercedes. The dealer messed up some of the wiring, so when I got it back the radio wasn't working. I took it back to Schneider's and Margrit stood behind it, ordered and installed another radio for me and it's working perfectly. I've recommended them to a lot of people, including potential customers in the shop who aren't sure whether to go there or not. I just tell them they're crazy if they think they can find a better shop in the valley! Truly, if you ever have a problem, call and talk to Margrit and she'll work it out for you. more

Attentive and professional. 11/8/2011

Schneider Auto Body were very friendly. They spent quite a while with me when I was getting an estimate done. I really appreciated that they took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain what my car needed done and why. Someone was able to take my car in right away, when I made an appointment. The work was done when they said it would be done. Everything ran smoothly, and worked out really great. more

My experience with Schneider Auto Body was good. I am very happy, but they needed to do a little more buffing out on one spot. Maybe they missed it or something. The paint job was good, I just need to take it back in to buff out that scratch. more

I had used Schneider Auto Body before. They did autobody work for me -- they fixed a dent and a scrape. Everything turned out perfectly. I had a good experience with them. They were professional and thorough. If you want your car to look like new again and you have an expesnive car, they're a good place to go to. more

Extremely reliable and on top of everything. 4/25/2011

I think Schneider Auto Body is wonderful. They immediately got on top of things and kept in touch with the insurance company, especially the insurance of the person who hit me. When something needed to be done and they couldn't fix it, they immediately called the insurance. They let them know that it wouldn't work out just to fix it, and that they would have to get a new piece. They then immediately called me to inform me of the situation. They called me every day to let me know the progress of the vehicle and what parts had come in. They are totally customer oriented. It couldn't have turned out better; it was great! I think Schneider Auto Body is extremely reliable and on top of everything, from the insurance to the work that needs to be done.
