they were nice got it done wquickely This was the first time I worked with Schneider Auto Karosserie Body. I got in accident in my Dodge Charger- I Charged when I should have Dodged! Schneider Auto Body and they redid everything- they pulled out and fixed the fender, and repainted everything. It turned out good! It's hard to find good body shops in Salt Lake City, but this is one of the few you can trust. They worked quickly and were very efficient, and it was good workmanship. They were also very nice, they event sent a card to say thank-you. more

Schneider Auto Karosserie Body is amazing. My roomate had backed into my father's vehicle and damaged the fender. They were able to find a fender from the junkyard and save me some money. They fixed it within a week and it came out fantastic. more

I found out about Schneider Auto Karosserie Body upon the recommendation of a friend. He's very fussy about his truck, so when he spoke highly of them I knew that I could trust their service. They did a great job with fixing my car, but they also went above and beyond that. I needed to get a rental car, and they came to my office, got the key, got my car towed for me, and even returned my rental car for me. They were incredibly helpful. When the owner had asked what she could do to help, she was genuine and really meant it. I don't know what I would have done without them, and I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone. I have a 2013 BMW X5 that had some body damage on the front and rear bumper from a minor accident. Schneider Auto Karosserie Body did some repairs and for a high end car like that, you don't just want to take it anywhere. They did some work on another BMW and did a good job so that made me a repeat customer. Their work was impeccable and the pricing is very fair. I've had two experiences with them that really speak to the way they conduct their business. For the first, I had taken a bumper skin to them to have it painted, and then I put it on the car myself. The paint matched up exactly. Just over a year later, the paint started to flaking off of the bumper skin. I called them, told them about the problem, and they said to bring it in so they could look at it. It turns out new plastic parts have chemical called a releasing agent, and was not cleaned off thoroughly so the paint would not fully bond to the plastic. Most body shops would say that since it had been over a year they would not help. With Schneider they evaluated the car and found out it was happening because it was not prepped correctly, then took the car and repainted it and provided me with a rental car all at no cost to me. That is so far above and beyond anything that I would even remotely expect. When they told me I was getting a rental car I was so surprised I thought that they were joking at first. For the second experience, I was involved in a pretty significant car accident where I was forced off the road doing around 70 mph and there was a lot of damage to my car. I brought it to them, and they helped me get a rental through my insurance. They had the car for a total of 35 days. When I got it back, you would never be able to tell the car was ever in an accident. All the body panel gaps were perfect, the colors matched, and there were no rattles, squeaks, or parts missing. It looked and behaved exactly like it did when it came out of the showroom. The total bill assessed to my insurance on that was over $10,000, which speaks to how much work they did. Where Schneider painted the vehicle the paint job is actually of better quality than the rest of the vehicle. I notice it because I'm a car person but no one else would ever notice. Their office is around 20 miles from my house and I am more than happy to make the drive there to have them work on it. Both of my parents have had work done there and it was done to the same high standard I encountered. more

I bought a brand new car and 2 weeks later, a truck backed into it. I went to Schneider Auto Karosserie Body because I knew they specialized in European model vehicles. They did a seamless repair. I can't even tell the it was damaged. Time-wise, it was great. They did an entire replacement door and the paint really quickly. more

Schneider Auto Body was just a positive experience. It was a little touchy at first because it looked like the car would be totaled and I didn't want it totaled. They worked with me pretty closely to get the car past that hurdle, and the car turned out great. I'm pleased. more

(hopefully in 2013, with a new year, I won't be a target anymore! :) ) But through that experience, I had one place fix my car twice--the place the insurance company recommended--then the third time, after being a bit frustrated, I sought out Schneider.
