I think Schneider Auto Body is wonderful. They immediately got on top of things and kept in touch with the insurance company, especially the insurance of the person who hit me.
When something needed to be done and they couldn't fix it, they immediately called the insurance. They let them know that it wouldn't work out just to fix it, and that they would have to get a new piece. They then immediately called me to inform me of the situation.
They called me every day to let me know the progress of the vehicle and what parts had come in. They are totally customer oriented. It couldn't have turned out better; it was great!
I think Schneider Auto Body is extremely reliable and on top of everything, from the insurance to the work that needs to be done. They are very obliging to the customer, and make sure that things work for your schedule. I couldn't be more pleased.
