Schermer Haynes & Associates Inc: Schermer Bruce A DDS

I had been going to Dr. Schemer And Haynes for over 25 years. I called to speak to him about a insurance matter and was refused by receptions who TOTALLY disrespected me. I asked my insurance company to call him cause they were going to approve a net set of partials. When thet called the RECEPTIONS told them I could not return, they asked for my x-rays and they told them that I had to come all the way downtown (disabled, cane and walker depended) to pick them up. The next day Dr. Schemer talked to them and said He would send them to another dentist picked out. Guess never sent them, can't anymore cause they claim they can't find them and I an facung losing teeth. WOW i really loved these dentist, customer service is important, allowed their receptions to lose a good patients. I was bringing my 95 year old grandma there, daugther been going since 15, in old arcade. Not once did the doctors call to here my side. Conversation was over the phone and they here my voice see my number and disconnect me. Check them Doctors you ars losing alot of customers. more

My son chipped his tooth and he was very unhappy about this, I called his dentist office and we were lucky to get a same day appointment to fix this devastation my son felt. I just want to say thank you to the Dentist who fixed his tooth and his dental assistant who made him feel comfortable. The front office staff was very understanding from the phone conversation to the office. They turned my son's frown upside down and he walked out with a fixed tooth!! Thanks So Much!!! more

Dentist explained what he was doing more so then other dentists I've been to.\r \r Nice office, very clean, and attentive front desk. If you're a busy professional, a lunch break dental cleaning is the way to go!\r \r Dr. Schermer was very personable, and a very good doctor, would recommend to any downtown resident, employee, or anyone looking for a good dentist. He didn't BS at all, will definitely be going back and will recommend to all my friends and colleagues. more
