Scats Gymnastics

I have been a part of SCATS for the last two years and I am more than pleased with my experience. The staff is very friendly and I feel like they really know who I am when I walk in the door, and everyone has always been great with my kid. The coaches are knowledgeable and great with all the kids. I am familiar with many gymnastics programs and SCATS has it all! They have great recreational classes for those whom want a low stress, fun class; along with classes for those interested in moving up into more advanced classes. There is definitely something for everyone, and they have classes 7 days a week! If you can't find a class time that fits your schedule, you're doing too much. more

I attended this place for this past year, I decided to stop attending and went to their competitor instead, after witnessing and experiencing the following: 1. The person in charge of billing is an older lady who seems to be tired of her job. I had questions regarding my bill and she was snappy and impatient. 2. I was in the office and an older lady with white curly hair was extremely rude and sarcastic with a parent who was having problems with the vending machine. 3. I spoke with the supervisor of the 3 and 4 years old's and I asked her to write down some things that could help improve my child's learning process, and it was hard to believe that she doesn't know how to write in English!! I was surprised that someone with a lack of this basic skill is in charge of any program at all. But this makes sense, since all I saw her do is walk around chatting with her favorite parents. If you are not a favorite, you are ignored. (I never did find out what it took of you to be a favorite) This place is very unprofessional and suggest you invest you money else where and be in a place that offers a healthier and more professional environment. Apparently this place was a great 15-20 years ago.....too bad it's not anymore. Hope this helps other parents. more

This place had a great reputation so i brought my daughter who was a level 4 here. After sticking it out two years it was the worst decision we made. The team staff seems so scatter brained and the owner who is an amazaming coach cares little for the girls who are not his team. more
