I attended this place for this past year, I decided to stop attending and went to their competitor instead, after witnessing and experiencing the following:
1. The person in charge of billing is an older lady who seems to be tired of her job. I had questions regarding my bill and she was snappy and impatient.
2. I was in the office and an older lady with white curly hair was extremely rude and sarcastic with a parent who was having problems with the vending machine.
3. I spoke with the supervisor of the 3 and 4 years old's and I asked her to write down some things that could help improve my child's learning process, and it was hard to believe that she doesn't know how to write in English!! I was surprised that someone with a lack of this basic skill is in charge of any program at all. But this makes sense, since all I saw her do is walk around chatting with her favorite parents. If you are not a favorite, you are ignored. (I never did find out what it took of you to be a favorite)
This place is very unprofessional and suggest you invest you money else where and be in a place that offers a healthier and more professional environment.
Apparently this place was a great 15-20 years ago.....too bad it's not anymore. Hope this helps other parents.
