Excellent service from start to finish! 3/15/2014

Scarlett's landscape listened to what I wanted for my front yard, and created a beautiful design. Then when time came to plant all the new plants add the new rock border and boulders to the yard it came out Beautiful!!! I am extremely pleased with everything!! more

Excellent 2/26/2014

Scarlett's Landscape did an excellent job and were really good to work with and installed a sprinkling system. I had an older one put in by amateurs and Scarlett's corrected it and worked with me as needed. Because of the water situation, I'm trying not to over-water things. more

Willing to do everything to please you. 1/24/2014

Scarlett's Landscape Inc. redid my whole backyard. What most impressed me about them was that they did EVERYTHING I asked for, even though some of it was not landscaping related. In one instance, for example, they installed a door to make it easier to get into the backyard. They were willing to do everything necessary, and it was all done extremely well. There were some minor problems that they were quick to remedy at no extra cost. I have had them back for maintenance since the big project, and they've done excellent work with that as well. The only reason I didn't give them all five stars is because nobody is perfect. I want to give them room to continue improving, but overall, I have been very, very pleased. If you go with Scarlett's Landscape, I hope they do as good a job on your projects as they did for mine. more

A responsive and dedicated team of hard workers. We are very satisfied with the outcome of a front-yard retaining wall and stairway. 1/20/2014

We were impressed with the dedication of this team in getting the job done in the time-frame promised and to our satisfaction. The front-yard retaining wall and stairway is very attractive and makes a significant difference in the functionality and attractiveness of the yard and pathway to the house. Minor problems, inevitable in a job of this kind, were dealt with promptly and to our general satisfaction. more

Scarlett's landscaping hits the spot! 1/15/2014

We're in year 2 of redoing the landscaping of the front and back yard. Scarlett's Landscape has been great! They came up with a plan with what we wanted and made it happen in a professional way. They succeeded at meeting every expectation we had. They even came back and tweaked a few things for us, the sprinklers and such, and made sure we were on the same page and that everything was working for us. We have people ask us who did our yard we're always happy to mention and recommend Scarlett's. more

In general, a very good job. 1/6/2014

+'s: Excellent customer relations, reasonable cost with no surprise cost increases; timely job start and completion; quality materials used. -'s: • had to request two sprayings to adequaly $@!#% old grass and weeds • concrete border wavy in some sections where it should be straight • on their own initiative, crew replaced one small (about 12"-14") section of concrete border because of lifting rebar which I would not have known about until much later. However, new section is now a different color than the rest (lighter). Perhaps this difference will disappear with time although it's now been 4 weeks. Fortunately it's in an inconspicuous area. more

There were times when the tenants would ask them to fix something, and it would just never get fixed. Their service wasn't the cheapest, either. RESPONSE FROM Scarlett's Landscape Inc.: Dana, We are sorry your experience wasn't a positive one. We did have some miscommunication as far as the desired frequency of our maintenance service when you moved out of state (biweekly vs monthly) however you were only ever charged for time on site, so you never paid for work that was not done. And as a rule, we only complete work approved by the owner. As far as your comment to the price of our service, you were always free to hire someone else as we were not in a contract. We are a licensed, insured, and certified organization with 4 generations of experience, so while we are not the "cheapest", we are of the utmost integrity and quality. more

Scarlett has now built two retaining walls on my rental property, as well as landscaped it and replaced the main line. I have been very happy with their work and professionalism. more

Scarlett's Landscape had very good ideas. I kind of came in with what i wanted and they gave me lots of information. They had a good full team of people working on the installation, it wasn't one or two guys, it was a full crew. They did a good job and it didn't take long to do the landscaping. We're very happy with the work. more

I had a very good experience using Scarlett's Landscape Inc. 11/15/2013

I've had no problems with any of the work Scarlett's Landscape Inc. did. They were very professional. They concreted in the side of my house where there was just basically a pathway barring ground. They came out on time and did exactly what they said they would. There were no surprises. The guys were really nice and they worked well. That's all I require: you're professional and you show up on time. It's been finished for two or three years now and I know the concrete is still good. more

Wonderful. 10/21/2013

Scarlett's Landscape basically did some demolition for us. We were getting prepared to do other projects in the yard, so some of the old stuff needed to be removed, things like heavy concrete and pipes. They did it all in a timely manner, and the clean up was great. more

The first job they did was done well, but then we never heard from them again. 10/18/2013

The first time Scarlett's Landscape came out and did work for us was fine. They fixed a leak in our sprinkler system outside. The people were very good. It was actually the owner's father who did the work. I wasn't there, but he did a good job. Then we had them come back out six months later to talk about doing more work. We contacted them to try and get them to do the work and they said they sent an estimate. They never sent an estimate. I called twice and they never called us back. I wanted them to redo the sprinkler system out front and there was also a big rock we wanted to them to move. It just was confusing and disconcerting when we never heard from them. It's fine if they didn't want to do it, but they should have responded to me. more

Dependable and great workmanship! 10/11/2013

I'm very happy with Scarlett's Landscape Inc. They did some sprucing up for me and repair work on our sprinkler system. They were out the next day after I talked to them and got it done. They had great ideas about the landscaping and different plants to use. They were very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I'm very, very pleased with them. They are a dependable and fair service. more

Great every week! Maybe touch base regarding service more often. 7/19/2013

Scarlett's Landscape Inc. does routine maintenance in our yard every week, and it always works out just fine. One tip I have for them as a previous small business owner myself would be that they should lay out an offer to meet with customers to discuss any possible improvements. I think an offer from them to touch base with their customers from time to time would improve the service. more

Happy with their work 7/15/2013

Scarlett's Landscaping has done some landscaping around my pond. I've used them before and I'm happy with their work. They are on time and professional. They don't charge me more than they say they will charge me and they give a clear idea about how everything will cost. They do what they say will do. more
