The people from Scarlett's Landscape Inc. often didn't come when they said they would. We had to call and followup pretty frequently. There were times when the tenants would ask them to fix something, and it would just never get fixed. Their service wasn't the cheapest, either.

We are sorry your experience wasn't a positive one. We did have some miscommunication as far as the desired frequency of our maintenance service when you moved out of state (biweekly vs monthly) however you were only ever charged for time on site, so you never paid for work that was not done. And as a rule, we only complete work approved by the owner. As far as your comment to the price of our service, you were always free to hire someone else as we were not in a contract. We are a licensed, insured, and certified organization with 4 generations of experience, so while we are not the "cheapest", we are of the utmost integrity and quality.
