Scarlett's Landscape Inc. does routine maintenance in our yard every week, and it always works out just fine. One tip I have for them as a previous small business owner myself would be that they should lay out an offer to meet with customers to discuss any possible improvements. I think an offer from them to touch base with their customers from time to time would improve the service.
