Yep! They really don't charge a dealer fee! 3/31/2016

We ended up storming out of Pines Ford after they tried to charge us a dealer fee. I told them that we were driving to Sawgrass Ford and that they didn't charge a dealer fee. Pines told us, "Everyone charges a dealer fee." Not only was Sawgrass Ford's price lower, there was no dealer fees at all. They even have big signs in their show room that say "No Dealer Fee's", as they seem to be proud of it. The people at Sawgrass were way nicer than the people we dealt with at Pines. It was worth the extra 10 minutes drive to save over $700. People warned us of Pines but I always give somebody the benefit of the doubt. Guess they were right. We love the Expedition we bought. Buying an Explorer in a few months. more

Happy with their service 12/11/2015

Had my car serviced here for a 60,000 mile service. Everything came out great. Car looks like new and they even cleaned it. Happy camper here. more

They were very helpful 8/26/2015

We visited this dealer while traveling to have our vehicle serviced. They were very helpful and repaired our vehicle like new after we hit a bad huge pot hole during a rain storm. They had all the parts in stock and we were able to go on our way. We have recommended others living in this area to service their vehicle here as well. more

This is my Go-to car dealership! 8/25/2015

I have been going to Sawgrass ford for years and they always give me exceptional service. I got a car for my self, my wife, and my two daughters here. They are a nice sized dealership with tons of car options available. There prices are also very competitive, and they offer grate financing rates. When I go to Sawgrass Ford, it's like going to a friends. I'm treated kindly, and with great respect. Hope to use them for years to come! more

The sales and service were excellent 8/24/2015

Wonderful dealership to do business with. They gave us up-front pricing over the phone. When we came in to buy the car, the prices we were quoted matched at the time of financing. The other car dealers we’ve dealt with in the past always did the bait and switch routine. I was shocked that this dealer was actually honest. I would definitely recommend buying a car here. The sales and service were excellent. more
