I had a really good experience buying from these people. Out of 4 dealers I called over the phone to get pricing, these people, hands down, were the fastest to give me an actual monthly payment quote. After calling all 4 dealers, these people were not only the fastest at giving me a price, they were the lowest price of the bunch. I took delivery of the vehicle and there were no bait and switch tactics. The price they quoted me over the phone is exactly what I paid. Highly recommended. more

Great Service & lowest price 4/11/2016

A family member recommended that the body shop here repair our Cadillac SUV after it was involved in a horrible accident. Weeks later, the vehicle looks amazing. I almost didn't believe that it was the same vehicle. The repair is flawless. Under the hood you can't even tell any work was done. My brother-in-law used to work at a body shop and he said the work was impeccable. The vehicle runs as good as it looks. The alignment and everything came out perfect. I can't say enough good things about these people. more

These guys were fantastic. We didn't have to spend all day long trying to get the lowest price. There was no bait and switch tactics like at previous dealers we purchased cars from. I highly recommend buying a vehicle from here. Best prices on Explorers I've found yet. And no dealer fee's to mess with. more

Looks like my experience has not really been different than what most of the people on here are saying. I have nothing but good things to say. Their inventory is tremendous. After doing lots of research, I can see that I clearly made out getting a really good deal. I did not see any dealer fee on the invoice at all, which is surprising. I don't know how other dealers stay in business charging dealer fees. The quality of the cars are way better than I can remember 10-15 years ago. A big thumbs up from me on this place. My advice: Call their Internet sales department first. These guys give you all the pricing over the phone saving you time before coming in. more

I came in looking for the most affordable SUV they had on the lot. I did not need any bells and whistles. I only wanted something brand new with a warranty. Their base model exceeded all my expectations. The payments were about $50/mo. less than I was expecting to pay before I arrived. I don't drive much and swap out my cars every 2-3 years. They were great to deal with. There was absolutely no upselling. I found the car I wanted and they didn't try to push me into any other models. Very happy with purchase. more

I had no idea buying a car was such a time consuming experience. We went to so many dealers who refused to give us a good deal. All that headache ended as soon as we contacted Ernie. Some dealers offered us their car at invoice, but what good is that if you're going to tack on a $700 dealer fee at the time of signing? After a dealer fee, their car is no longer selling at invoice. Ernie gave us a no-nonsense price and assured us that they did not charge a dealer fee. And sure enough, when we went to sign the paperwork, there was no surprises. Sawgrass Ford won our business. We've already told 5 people about our deal and many told us they are going to buy their car there, too. more

I came here from out of the country when I was visiting my uncle. He doesn't use the computer, so I told them when I got back home that I would do a review for them. This dealership was a real pleasure to do business with. I cannot believe how friendly the staff is there. The showroom was super clean. Even their little deli was a pleasure to be in. These people do very well catering to their customers. I was so happy to be part of this car buying adventure. more

I had my F-150 serviced here. They put all new rotors and pads and did a computerized wheel alignment. I must say, they did a fantastic job and it did not take as long as I thought it would. I dropped the truck off, walked in their deli, ate a little food and surfed the web a bit and before I knew it, somebody came looking for me telling me it was done. Fast, friendly service... just the way I like it. I'm so glad I had this work done. Since they did such great work I'm coming back later to get new shocks installed from them. Note: Bring a tablet with you to kill time. They have WiFi! more

I've always been a big fan of Dodge. My RAM was just totaled. They gave me an Expedition as a rental car and I loved it. I had no idea Ford made such beautiful vehicles. I ended up coming here to buy a new Explorer XLT and had a fantastic experience. There was absolutely no games when it came to getting a good price. Their Internet Sales Dept was spectacular. They cut right to the chase and offered be a below invoice deal without having to do a song and dance the way other dealers have done for me in the past. I was going to buy another truck from University Dodge until I remembered what a bad experience I had with them when buying my RAM. Then I decided to switch to Ford after driving that rented Expedition. Best decision I ever made. Sawgrass Ford rocks! more

AWESOME 10/2/2015

We just got a brand new Ford Focus at 0% during their September promotion. It was either this car or we were going to pay over $150/mo more for a high miles used car from a buy here pay here lot at a dealer on 441. I feel so happy that I got this deal. The other dealer wanted $700 for a dealer fee. On top of the 0%, we paid a $0.00 dealer fee at Sawgrass Ford. AWESOME! more

We first went to Metro Ford since they were near us but they wanted a dealer fee. I don't believe in paying dealer fees so then I tried Plantation and Pines Ford and they all wanted fees, too. So we drove all the way to Sawgrass and they gave us the best deal with no dealer fees added. Was well worth the drive to save an extra $700. more

My spouse lost their job and we had to downsize one of our other favorite vehicles. We picked up a brand new Ford Focus at 0% during their September promotion. We were at the right place at the right time! The vehicle we found was nicely loaded with a gorgeous interior, backup camera, sun roof... all the goodies and all in the low $200/mo. range, which is 1/3rd of what we were paying on the car we traded in. I'm so thankful that we were able to do this because right now a repo was the very last thing we needed. Sawgrass Ford helped save our credit all while continuing to keep building our credit. They were a real pleasure to do business with. Plus we saved $700 by not paying dealer fees where the previous dealers we spoke with all charged dealer fees. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Plus the fact that they are in a really beautiful location. more

Happy to save money - paid no dealer fee 9/15/2015

Just bought a car from these people on the last day of the month in August. Got a killer deal. Not only did they give us a massive rebate, they lowered the price to invoice and didn't charge any dealer fee. $1,000 cheaper than two other Ford dealers we tried before then. Could not be happier. more

Such a relief to buy here after driving from dealer to dealer trying to find the lowest bottom line. Take it from me, we've tried every Ford dealer in town trying to get the best price. Apples to Apples, these people have THE LOWEST prices of any dealer we tried. The others will tell you anything to get you in the door, but after you waste an hour or so with them and sit with their finance guy to do the paperwork, the price at the end is not the same of what they told you in the beginning. I was in shock when I was sitting in the finance office at Sawgrass Ford when the numbers matched exactly from what we were quoted over the phone. Take my word for it, this is a really good dealership to buy a new Ford from. After this long, tiring experience, I will only buy from Sawgrass Ford. Word to the wise: Best prices are given from their internet sales department. more

AFFORDABLE COSTS! Made me HAPPY! 9/3/2015

We did our homework and shopped the other dealers. This dealer wins hands down. Those other dealers are shooting themselves in a foot charging dealer fee's when Sawgrass Ford doesn't. We saved over $1,000 with Sawgrass Ford. The lease on our other car is almost over. We're coming back to get another car from them when we get rid of that lease soon. If you want a dealer that doesn't give out empty promises, this Sawgrass place is the way to go. They took good care of us. Great service. more

Got the F150 of My Dreams 8/29/2015

I've had my eye on the 2014 Ford 150 for quite some time. I had done all the research and knew exactly what I wanted. What I didn't want was some pushy salesman telling me what I needed to buy. However, my experience at Sawgrass was somewhat refreshing. \r \r I was happily greeted upon arrival by the staff with genuine smiles. That was definitely something new. I told the salesman what I was looking for and all of the perks and amenities I wanted my truck to have. He wasted no time showing me a selection of gorgeous F150s. \r \r I was able to purchase the F150 of my dreams, in my favorite color, and with all the bells and whistles a nice southern girl like me could appreciate. Great experience with these guys and I love the customer driven attitude they displayed. Two thumbs up for a great staff and even better deals! more

The dealer with the lowest price wins our business 8/26/2015

We bought several vehicles from this dealership and they’ve been wonderful every time. We called almost every Ford dealer in South Florida trying to get the best price and these guys were the lowest of all of them. I love their no-haggle/no dealer fee pricing. Other dealers should copy them. The dealer with the lowest price wins our business. more

They did an outstanding job at getting me into a new car. I peppered our salesman with numerous questions as he drove us all over the lot in their golf cart. They did the best they could to get answers to all of my questions. I was very happy buying a car here. They did great service. Their financing people were super nice. The entire buying process was very smooth. more
