We ended up storming out of Pines Ford after they tried to charge us a dealer fee. I told them that we were driving to Sawgrass Ford and that they didn't charge a dealer fee. Pines told us, "Everyone charges a dealer fee." Not only was Sawgrass Ford's price lower, there was no dealer fees at all. They even have big signs in their show room that say "No Dealer Fee's", as they seem to be proud of it. The people at Sawgrass were way nicer than the people we dealt with at Pines. It was worth the extra 10 minutes drive to save over $700. People warned us of Pines but I always give somebody the benefit of the doubt. Guess they were right. We love the Expedition we bought. Buying an Explorer in a few months.
