I made an appointment for 9 am - was greeted by a lovely, friendly woman at the desk, told to return in one hour, and in one hour, the car was ready! I'll be back! more

Always helpful 4/27/2013

Dennis took a look to see the cause of a leaking fluid. He found the cause right away and sent us to a Honda dealer since the repair was covered under our warranty. No charge for this service. Thanks, Dennis and Cindy more

I have learned to trust Foothill Foreign Automotive over the years, using them both for auto repairs and preventative measures. The awards their mechanics display on the walls and the customer feedback in the book at their front office definitely add legitimacy to their work. That, with the quality of work I have received, is why I have used them for at least 4 years now. They are also highly rated by AAA. more

The service at Foothill Foreign Automotive has always been good. They do good quality work for fairly reasonable prices, and they don't try to gouge you. Like, they'll be honest and tell you if you don't need new brakes. They'll let you know you can wait until you hear the indicator. They just don't try to suck money out of you. more

Foothill Foreign Automotive was very straightforward and they didn't try to sell me any additives. They diagnosed my problems in a timely manner at an efficient cost. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They always complete their work either before or on the date they estimated. I really enjoy their service and I will definitely use them again. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a good, reliable, and honest automotive shop. more

I have been going to Foothill Foreign Automotive for the last eleven years. I was just down there today, in fact. They are wonderful, there's nothing bad I can say about them. They do mostly Hondas and Toyotas, which is their specialty. They have really good service. I have recommended Foothill to a lot of people who are just as happy with them as myself. They are just really nice people to deal with. Jaime has been there as long as I have been going there. He's so careful, I'm confident in everything he does. Ernesto deals more with the computer end of things, and he does good work, too. The owner, Denis, is also a nice guy. They have done most of the maintenance for me in the last decade, and I rarely have big problems. One time, I got a bad alignment from another place, and they set t right for me. Foothill have a lot of AAA plaques hanging up in their office. They know what they're doing. Try them, and I know you will like the service you receive. They will even give you a ride home, if they can. more

I couldn't recommend them any higher. 6/21/2011

I went to Foothill Foreign Automotive first with my Honda. They showed me that my dealer would take care of it for free, and they went about showing me what it was they needed to do. They could have done the work themselves and charged me for it, but they took the time to show me what I needed to show the dealer to get it done for free. I have recommended Foothill Foreign Automotive, and I do. The front office is great, the mechanics are great, and everyone is just straightforward, friendly, honest, and they do a great job. Incredibly honest, trustworthy family company. 5/17/2011

I love Foothill Foreign Automotive and use them exclusively. They have been working on my vehicle for over 10 years. I feel like I've been with them forever, and see them every few months for an oil change. Foothill was first recommended to me by a friend with the same model car. In turn, I would recommend them again to anyone. They are an honest and trustworthy, family-owned business. I really feel they are not ripping me off. I will use them as long as I have my car. If they ever go out of business, I'd have to stop driving. I won't take my car anywhere else! 4/20/2011

Foothill Foreign Automotive is family owned and operated, which I really enjoy. They're not a large corporation, or a car sales business that does repairs on the side. Honda repair is what they do, and they are experts at what they do. I completely trust that when I take my car in I will get a fair evaluation. I don't need to worry about a lot of add-ons, and they only use Honda parts, nothing that is rebuilt or recycled, so I know that I'm getting what I paid for. Their customer service is phenomenal. When I drop my car off, they'll drive me where I need to go. They're also highly responsive. A good example: my daughter moved out of the area, and anytime she needs information, they said that she is welcome to call them and they will give her free advice, and thy do that. They are some of the most wonderful, unselfish people I have dealt with. I hope they never go out of business. If they did, I'd have to stop driving, because I won't take my cars anywhere else. All my family gets their cars done by them, and we recommend them to anybody that has a Honda. They work on Toyota's too. They may not be the closest shop for us, but that doesn't matter to us. Honest, competent, and willing to go the extra mile to make things right. 3/28/2011

Foothill Foreign Automotive has been servicing our three Japanese cars, two Toyotas and a Honda, for, oh gee, 15 years, including an old 85' Land Cruiser. They provide great service! They're always willing to go the extra mile if something isn't quite as it should be, and that's not at all surprising with older cars. They're all very honest, competent, and they always do good work. If you have to bring the car back, which I don't think I've ever done in my experience, they're more than willing to do it and make it right. This day and age, that's hard to find: a business that cares, does it right, is honest, and that you can trust with you vehicle. more

I have been a loyal customer of Foothill Foreign Automotive for many, many years. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. They are friendly and trustworthy. I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. Even though they may not be the cheapest shop in town, they offer reasonable pricing and I feel that you really get your money's worth plus a great experience. FFA has been our mechanics for about 25 years. They are honest, reliable and friendly. I can depend on what they say is needed and not needed. It is indeed refreshing to hear, "you didn't need a tune-up, it can wait until your next visit." I have complete confidence in their diagnosis. Each of my 3 daughters, friends and even neighbors patronize FFA based on word of mouth. They have proven to be good as gold. God bless them. more

They go above and beyond what you would expect. Car dealerships don't even come close to the service and workmanship that they deliver. Wonderful, honest and the highest quality 12/5/2010

I brought in my Civic which was having a lot of problems. They did a wonderful job identifying all the items that need to be fixed and which needed to be a priorty. Since they did such a great job on the Civic I took my Accord in for breaks. My Accord is running like a jem and I LOVE it. They are honest and honest mechanics are hard to come by these days! I would HIGHLY recommend them! more
