Foothill Foreign Automotive is family owned and operated, which I really enjoy. They're not a large corporation, or a car sales business that does repairs on the side. Honda repair is what they do, and they are experts at what they do. I completely trust that when I take my car in I will get a fair evaluation. I don't need to worry about a lot of add-ons, and they only use Honda parts, nothing that is rebuilt or recycled, so I know that I'm getting what I paid for.
Their customer service is phenomenal. When I drop my car off, they'll drive me where I need to go. They're also highly responsive. A good example: my daughter moved out of the area, and anytime she needs information, they said that she is welcome to call them and they will give her free advice, and thy do that. They are some of the most wonderful, unselfish people I have dealt with. I hope they never go out of business. If they did, I'd have to stop driving, because I won't take my cars anywhere else.
All my family gets their cars done by them, and we recommend them to anybody that has a Honda. They work on Toyota's too. They may not be the closest shop for us, but that doesn't matter to us. Dennis, Cindy, Susie, and Jaime: they're just absolutely the best!
