Doing the job right the first time. 9/6/2013

The air conditioner in my vehicle has not been working effectively for a few years since I last had it serviced. I had become so used to it that I thought it was normal for my make of vehicle. Because of your shops diagnostics and concern for protecting your equipment your shop informed me that my vehicle could not be repaired at your shop. Your shop then helped me by recommending another repair shop that could possibly help me. I took your suggestion and with the specific information about my air conditioner, I was able to find a shop with the specific tools to fix my unique situation. Thank you for being up front and honest. more
