BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY...IT"S NOT WORTH THE UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I received a message on my answering machine from Russell stating that I must call him back by 6pm that evening if I wanted to receive my deposit back from the order of the night tables.
When I returned his call, Russell was as unprofessional a person as I have met in my 54 years. He said that before he would take my credit card information to return the deposit "You will wait until I am through with you" He proceeded to curse at me holding me hostage if I wanted my 200.00 back. When I started to share with him that had he called the company when I had asked in December, we may have decided based on the information about the company to get a different set, he refused to take any responsibility. When I became frustrated with the way he was treating me I said "I refuse to accept your disrespectful, unprofessional manner", he said he didn't care and if I wanted my money back I would have to listen to him. I told him he really needed some training in customer service, he told me he had been in business for over 60 years.
I will never return to Saugerties Furniture Mart for any reason. I hope that others heed my warning and do not support such unprofessional behavior.
