Horrible customer service. They claim to sell high quality furniture when mine arrived damaged several times. Most recent time it arrived damaged Jonathan told me I was stuck with what I have and that they did not want my business anymore. Found the builder and he said he would be more than happy to repair or replace the item, but I would have to go through the store. The store refused to assist me any further. These bad reviews are correct. Stay away from this merchant. FAR AWAY!!!!!
