For the person who wrote this, you received a $650.00 mount for no charge as an apology for taking longer than you would have liked. Yes, it took longer than expected, but a resolution was made. You received the entire job for free, plus over $200.00 in apology fees for this. I think a little bit of appreciation would have been better than a nasty posting. This has been a reputable business for over 15 years and you are the first person to have these types of issues. Please take that into consideration. The work was done and done well. We dropped off our animal to Sather's Taxidermy and made a deposit for over half of the total cost. The estimated time it would be finished was 6 months. Nine months had passed and no phone call, e-mail, or any update on the status. Not even an apology for the delay. We called and spoke to the owner Miles. He explained that he took on a new job...blah...blah...blah and promised it would be done in 4 weeks. He also said that if it wasn't done in 4 weeks, we had the right to ""tell him off,"" as if this would be satisfying to us. It has now been 1 year and still no phone call, nothing. As of today, we have no idea what they have done and how far along the process they are. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are not true to their words nor do they have any kind of customer service. more
