Review content:
We dropped off our animal to Sather's Taxidermy and made a deposit for over half of the total cost. The estimated time it would be finished was 6 months. Nine months had passed and no phone call, e-mail, or any update on the status. Not even an apology for the delay. We called and spoke to the owner Miles. He explained that he took on a new job...blah...blah...blah and promised it would be done in 4 weeks. He also said that if it wasn't done in 4 weeks, we had the right to ""tell him off,"" as if this would be satisfying to us. It has now been 1 year and still no phone call, nothing. As of today, we have no idea what they have done and how far along the process they are. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They are not true to their words nor do they have any kind of customer service.
