NEVER AGAIN!!!! 12/29/2011

We went on December 21, 2011. At the ticket window, the guy had the audacity to ask my 11 year old son ""aren't you a little too old to believe in Santa?"" Actually JERK..... YES, we still believe in Santa, but thanks for ruining that for my son. I could not believe that I just heard that come out of someones mouth who works for a company that should be encouraging children to believe, rather than telling kids they're too old for Santa. 8 days later, and I am still furious. I wrote SW immediately after we returned home that evening. 8 days later, and still NO response. I expected more from a local company, but after this, they will no longer get our business. This place has become so commercialized that it has lost that ""small town"" feeling. All they care about now is profit, not the customer. How could you be SO ignorant and question a CHILD if they still believe in Santa? SERIOUSLY?? more

Avoid! 12/28/2011

We just got home from our visit which was rather disappointing. My husband and I didn't realize that nearly every activity involved a fee. I don't feel like that is clearly stated on the website. I'm still not entirely sure what the entry fee into Santa's Town covers since we had to pay additionally for the hayride, petting zoo, and pony ride. There was no sound for the outdoor movie theater - even if we wanted to enjoy a ""free"" movie we couldn't. The light display was beautiful. Overall we spent over $70 tonight yet I'm not exactly sure what we did. more

What an Incredible Place!!! DEFINITELY worth the money!!! 1/29/2008

My kids and my family LOVED our visit to Santa's Wonderland!!! We drove up from Tomball on a Saturday evening and it was our first time to visit. Yes, the place was quite busy and the lines in a few places were long, but my 5yr old and 8yr old were truly AMAZED! We've NEVER scene anything like this for the holidays. We went into Santa's Town and did the hayride-AWESOME!!! We also ate at the little cafe, set by the fireplace and watched the movie ""Christmas Story"". Both kids rode the ponys and the mechanical-bull! We even had a family picture made with that Texas Santa. We all love this place!!! We highly recommend it and It's DEFINITELY worth the money! more
