Review content:
We went on December 21, 2011. At the ticket window, the guy had the audacity to ask my 11 year old son ""aren't you a little too old to believe in Santa?""
Actually JERK..... YES, we still believe in Santa, but thanks for ruining that for my son. I could not believe that I just heard that come out of someones mouth who works for a company that should be encouraging children to believe, rather than telling kids they're too old for Santa. 8 days later, and I am still furious.
I wrote SW immediately after we returned home that evening. 8 days later, and still NO response. I expected more from a local company, but after this, they will no longer get our business.
This place has become so commercialized that it has lost that ""small town"" feeling. All they care about now is profit, not the customer.
How could you be SO ignorant and question a CHILD if they still believe in Santa? SERIOUSLY??
