When a suburban friend brought me here for dinner, I was expecting your average Chinese restaurant. Sure, it's decorated nicer than the average Chinese place, but I figured that is what people on the Main Line are accustomed to. What I wasn't expecting, however, was Chinese food that defied expectations. With the changing of the seasons and the chill in the air, I started out with the house tea. It was hot, delicious, made from healthy ingredients and just the thing my immune system was looking for. Another stand out item at Sang Kee is their General Tso's Shrimp with brown rice. The dishes here are flavored impecably and still good for you. Also, check out Sang Kee's sister establishment by the same name in Chinatown.
Pros: Healthy, Unique
Cons: Loud, Long waits
