Ok - It's Friday night, everyone coming from ( or skipping) services and the place is full to capacity. You're going to have a good fifteen minute or more wait. The food here is very nicely prepared. There's something a bit unique in every selection: something that suggests a fresh and individual touch. The prices are a bit higher than most Chinese restaurants, but the finish of the selections seems to justify it. \r
The one major drawback is the noise. Like so many places these days, from the chic bars of the Northern Liberties to the upscale Morimoto, the ambiance seems created to enhance noise.\r
Noise must suggest to the newly arrived that they are dining in a place teaming with the frenetic activity of their progressive lives. (I have to wonder if they have ever eaten on a veranda overlooking the bay of Naples.)\r
So, if you don't mind a bit of a wait and you are deaf to the din, give this place a try. The food may be worth the shortcomings which you may not even notice.
Pros: good food, unique tastes
Cons: noise, noise, noise!
