to whom it may concern, Mrs. DeLaigle is the most proficient and business acclimated person in your service department. She always tell you exactly what type of service your vehicle needs and never suggest a service that is not needed at that particular time. She is always on top of her job by letting you know when you need to return for your scheduled maintenance and everything you need to keep your vehicle up and running as it should. In my opinion, she deserves a job upgrade from Assist. Mgr. to the next highest level. Sandy Springs Toyota could use a lot more like her in you service dept. She is very people oriented, she greets everyone with a smile along with an awesome attitude. Kudos to Nicole, keep up the fantastic work.
