Boiler Repair 2/13/2016

I woke on a very cold Saturday to find that we had no heat or hot water. I placed a call to Sanders to place a service request. Dave called me right away and sent Fiore out first thing. Fiore has helped us in the past. He is professional, very efficient, friendly, and very skilled at his job. He was able to quickly assess our system and find the problem. He was able to get things working for the weekend since we will need a part ordered. He provided clear instruction and a written description of the problem and plan. I am grateful to Fiore since we have a troublesome boiler and he is an expert. Another great experience with Sanders Home Service!!! more

Nice person hard worker 1/20/2016

Nice guy came to house with helper on time asked what the problems are,listened to me,very knowledgeable just like his partner. Had difficulties finding problem but eventually did,took their time,fixed it did many different tests throughout home explained to me learned a lot recommend sanders and their employees there. more

heating service call 11/5/2015

Mike M. did excellent Electrical Work for us. 10/30/2015

Mike M. came to our house and fixed everything we asked. He patiently answered all of our questions and with great expertise. He produced all the parts needed and did excellent work. He was a great technician to be around and not scary like some other companies we had used in the past. He told us everything that needed to be done. We recommend him highly and will definitely use him in the future. more

Good Electrician 10/21/2015

Josh E is an excellent Electrician. I had a short that kept throwing an electrical circuit in my house and he was quickly able to identify that it was a shorted sump pump. Josh also changed a breaker in the electrical box. I felt confident in Josh's knowledge of my house's wiring. more

Fiore C. came on time, was polite and very competent in checking out my heating system for the winter. He assisted me in making sure I had the correct numbers for ordering filters and pads for my system. He also was helpful in putting the old filters out for trash. Fiore has been here on other service calls and is always pleasant and willing to answer any questions. He is a great representative of your company! more

Fast Service, Sal was Wonderful!, Overpriced, but SAME DAY 9/28/2015

Sal was GREAT! Punctual, funny, fantastic work, CLEAN, friendly - I could go on & on. He was the epitome of the type of service person you would want coming to your home (actually better than that). Did I mention they came out the same day - in the morning? With that said: Sanders is very overpriced. I, unfortunately, have used them often. They do come out same day, so if you NEED same day service and are willing to pay for it, USE THEM. They are great! We have been happy with each service. If you don't need it today, go somewhere else. We paid $355 for an oven outlet. Our regular electrician (who knows our house, but couldn't come out today), said it would be $230. That's a huge difference. But worth it for us to have a working stove today. We have never been unhappy with their repairmen or service, just price. Giving 5 stars because Sal was wonderful and I WAS willing to pay the extra and knew what I was getting into by calling them. Just a review is so others also know. Cooking dinner on a new stove=priceless more

Electrical Inspection 8/27/2015

Jack H. performed a routine inspection of my home's electrical system. He arrived promptly, worked knowledgeably and professionally, and did a complete house inspection of my electrical outlets and circuit box. In the process he found a tripped receptacle and reset it. I thought the receptacle was broken. It was set right at no charge to me. more

Jeff was on time ( even early!) and was a savior. He was polite, funny and very professional. Identified the problem, made several suggestions, and got the job done in 45 minutes. Great experience! more

Rich Magenheimer & his Navien on demand hot water 4/3/2015

I have had trouble with my Navien on demand hot water heater through the years, and pr sanders has always been there to help and stads behind there products and workmanship. On 3/31/15 they came and fixed a leak at No Charge to me as it has happened before, The Good Will they bought that day is priceless, I will aways be a loyal customer. more

electrical work 1/8/2015

Josh E and Sal L installed lights in my office/library and three closets. They worked efficiently, asked my input on placement of the lights, were clean and even mopped the floors after!! I would use Sanders and these top notch electricians again. Sanders had installed my new air conditioning unit this summer and did a fantastic job. They corrected duct work issues and dropped my electric bill considerably. They had financing available for the job. more
