Sal was GREAT! Punctual, funny, fantastic work, CLEAN, friendly - I could go on & on. He was the epitome of the type of service person you would want coming to your home (actually better than that). Did I mention they came out the same day - in the morning? With that said: Sanders is very overpriced. I, unfortunately, have used them often. They do come out same day, so if you NEED same day service and are willing to pay for it, USE THEM. They are great! We have been happy with each service. If you don't need it today, go somewhere else. We paid $355 for an oven outlet. Our regular electrician (who knows our house, but couldn't come out today), said it would be $230. That's a huge difference. But worth it for us to have a working stove today. We have never been unhappy with their repairmen or service, just price. Giving 5 stars because Sal was wonderful and I WAS willing to pay the extra and knew what I was getting into by calling them. Just a review is so others also know. Cooking dinner on a new stove=priceless
