I woke on a very cold Saturday to find that we had no heat or hot water. I placed a call to Sanders to place a service request. Dave called me right away and sent Fiore out first thing. Fiore has helped us in the past. He is professional, very efficient, friendly, and very skilled at his job. He was able to quickly assess our system and find the problem. He was able to get things working for the weekend since we will need a part ordered. He provided clear instruction and a written description of the problem and plan. I am grateful to Fiore since we have a troublesome boiler and he is an expert. Another great experience with Sanders Home Service!!!
