We washed our 2008 Jeep Compass at Sam’s Car Wash today and we were impressed how nice everyone was to do their best to be helpful and answer questions for us. They did a great job on our car too. It looks so clean. I was taking my car to be traded in for a truck and before I left the Ford place in Lexington that had it sold. They thought it was very nice and clean. I had my car detailed there today 9-30-2011. After I had left the location I noticed they didn't clean the windows. I called and spoke to Kayla on the phone and her first reply was ""The only thing I can tell you is to bring it back"" in a very smart butt manner. I asked to streak with themannager but she wouldn't let me and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the mannager again and again she refused. I then went back to the car was and the mannager (Jason) said that he was standing there but he was busy. After talking with him for a about my concerns he said you said cused at her. Well, no I didn't but I would like to say a few things to her. So long story short he just maid excusess for her. I would not use this place. BY THE WAY I PAID TO HAVE THE WORKS DONE $159.99 and this is how they treat there customers. more

I have always had a good experience when visiting Sam's Car Wash. Everyone is very polite,friendly, and helpful. They have always done a good job and they pay attention to detail. They even clean all the door jambs and mirror backs. more

I've been going to Sam's for many years and have always bees satisfied with their service. Until this week, when I took my car for a wash. As soon as I left, I noticed something wrong on the trim of my dash. They were three damaged areas. I returned 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager. After some discussion he informed me that they did not do this damage and had videos that showed nothing out of the order. I returned and looked at the videos myself and there was no view from that side of the car on any part of the video. I have called the owner 2 times and asked him to return my calls, but he has not. Bottom line: They did $195 worth of damage to my car and the only thing they have said was ""Have a good day!"" BEWARE! Pros: Always good in the past Cons: Not any more! more
