I had my car detailed there today 9-30-2011. After I had left the location I noticed they didn't clean the windows. I called and spoke to Kayla on the phone and her first reply was ""The only thing I can tell you is to bring it back"" in a very smart butt manner. I asked to streak with themannager but she wouldn't let me and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with the mannager again and again she refused. I then went back to the car was and the mannager (Jason) said that he was standing there but he was busy. After talking with him
for a about my concerns he said you said cused at her. Well, no I didn't but I would like to say a few things to her. So long story short he just maid excusess for her.
I would not use this place. BY THE WAY I PAID TO HAVE THE WORKS DONE $159.99 and this is how they treat there customers.
