I've been going to Sam's for many years and have always bees satisfied with their service. Until this week, when I took my car for a wash. As soon as I left, I noticed something wrong on the trim of my dash. They were three damaged areas. I returned 10 minutes later and spoke to the manager. After some discussion he informed me that they did not do this damage and had videos that showed nothing out of the order. I returned and looked at the videos myself and there was no view from that side of the car on any part of the video. I have called the owner 2 times and asked him to return my calls, but he has not. Bottom line: They did $195 worth of damage to my car and the only thing they have said was ""Have a good day!"" BEWARE!
Pros: Always good in the past
