Sammamish Ridge

This is my favorite location in Redmond to live. -Its right on the bus lines, -There are several grocery stores within less than a mile, -There is a pool and weight room (and although I don't use the weightroom, its cool that its there) -They have movies you can loan out that dont cost anything. -I was able to use the comminity internet until mine was setup. -There aren't a bunch of noisy kids running around the parking lots. (Big problem at my old place) -Washer and dryer in the unit - Soooo nice! -Fireplace! woohoo! -Good community I don't really see myself leaving this place anytime soon. The management here rocks, Theresa and Genie are super cool. The new improvements make the place look neato, and the landscaping is really unique and makes me feel at home. more

I think the reason I like living at Sammamish Ridge is the feeling of community here. The staff go out of their way to help you when situations arise. The apartments are spacious and the location cannot be beat. I can walk to QFC or Marymoor Park. And if you refer a friend they pay a decent referral bonus. If you have to live in Redmond, this is the place to be! more

Sammamish Ridge Apartments is the BEST place to live in Redmond, especially if you're a DigiPen student! From the first day I moved into the apartment, the property manager helped me himself to move in my stuff because the truck could not park near the apartment. It's very rare to actually get assistance from the property manager himself and from that day on, I only have great things to say about the management and staff. My apartment was a brand new 2 bed/2 bath that was quiet and I never had any problems with it the entire year I lived there. The management staff helped me so much and they really do try to help DigiPen students as much as possible and really enjoy us renting from them. Absolutely, hands down, Sammamish Ridge Apartments is the best place to live in Redmond!! Pros: Very curtious staff & management, quiet, new amenities more

Pan Pacific Properties is clearly a business (only out there for themselves)....it is made up of many properties throughout Washington as well as a couple of other states. They (PPP Owners) are not supportive of their management team, they will of course act like they are, but will lay you off without cause (at the drop of a dime). My suggestion is.....NEVER feel that you have job security. The owner is ONLY into this for himself. He will bow down with his tail between his legs to other owners because he is clearly afraid to upset his ""business partner"". I worked for PPP for quite some time and was thrown out on my butt with a one day notice....professional huh?! I understand this is a business, but I don't understand how they can lie to your face and then act like they care...give me a break! The property manager and office staff is wonderful. The property manager is the only reason to remain at PPP, but I truly feel the owner is unappreciative and disrespectful to her as well. She is the best thing at PPP, I can not say enough good things about her, it was an honor working with her, and I miss her as a boss:( I do have to say I was told when I first started at PPP (by another manager), to watch out for myself. That PPP Will turn on you before you could even blink, and with no real reason (it happened to her, other employees, and myself). My experience is....they will ""use then lose you"". All I'm saying is if you have direct contact with the owner (PPP)...NEVER feel like you are secure with your job. Also, expect a fight if you try to claim unemployment, they will try their hardest to prevent you from collecting. I was lucky, it was not challenged for me...but saw it challenged for others. I am by no means not saying don't work for PPP, I am suggesting that you try to not work a property that is owned by the PPP owners, they seem to get intimidated easily by other owners. My experience with other owners was professional, all managers of the Washington properties are really nice, good to work with. All in all....don't expect job security, and good luck!! What is going on here? Things are changing and not for the best. Office staff is incompetent. No one seems to know anything. I dare you to ask the guy in the office a question (don't expect a answer just a blank look). I have had the pleasure (not) of talking with office staff a couple of times. That seems to have just changed to there are different people working there with in the last month or so, another bad change. The person I see, maintnance I think is not someone I would leave alone with my girlfriend. He looks homeless. I find that noise is a big problem here. I can hear the people upstairs, alot. I am waiting for my lease to be over because I will move as soon as it s up, which is not soon enough. Pros: location Cons: staff, noise, parking, maintnance everything but location more

More than an inconveniance on day to day living. Parking is horiable, Partying of neighbors is double. Management is quite frankly RETARDED. If you took the brains of both KIM's and put them together it still wouldn't be equal to the left side of one of the Kims fake breast. The practices here of apartment maintainance are poor and non-timely. If you have a problem they will be the last ones to help. Just try and call the office during buisness hours. I lived there for six months and it was a rather unhappy six months. The staff was less than cordial ? they were great until I signed the lease; I saw large rodents on the premises occasionally ? never in my unit, that would have been a lease breaker; maintenance was very slow to respond; issues with the very steep hill at the entrance, especially during winter; I had major issues with receiving packages delivered to the rental office; but my biggest issue was with their lack of noise control, I mean I could hear everything that my neighbors were doing, no peace at all. Another thing I remember is frequent power interruptions; they were not always in conjunction with weather conditions. Office is open about 6 hours a day, if that. 10-4ish despite posted hours. Pet deposit is SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. Yes, the location is wonderful, walking distance to Redmond, close to Bellevue, Totem Lake, etc. Pros: Location Cons: Cleanliness, slope of land limits things like green space and playground as well as walkability to surrounding things more

The management here bites.. The Kims don't listen to your problems.. They just pretend to listen then do nothing about.. and the walls and floors are paper thin.. Good luck getting any sleep if you happen to have an apartment below someone with a kid.. Management won't stop them from breaking the queit after 10pm rule.. So remember to by ear plugs, per managements helpful suggestion, so you can get to sleep at a decent hour! After all those who follow the rules here don'r count.. but on an up note, if you are a grungy tattooed thug, this is your apartment complex! Pros: location Cons: everything else more

This place is a total dump, the management is the rudest I have seen, and the rent is totally not worth this place. Take your $s and find something better. I have lived here for 2 years, and I am so glad to move out. The rent used to be low, which compensated for falling closet doors, creaking floors, But now they have increased the rent so much that its rediculous for a dump like this one. And unless you are a really tough person, don't even think that you can take the rudeness of this management, they talk to you with no respect, are not at all helpful, totally a pain to deal with. And they are almost impossible to find in office, open late, close early, they take your packages and then return then without giving you any notice. Save yourself, DO NOT RENT HERE. I moved here because of location, low rent and spacious apartment. But what I found was the that management is very rude. The main manager almost intimidate you while talking, never return any of your calls and do not answer any questions properly. In all its a total pain to talk to them. And apartments are of course old, that's why cheap I think, floor board creek when we walk. Other than that, I find the apartment nice, good light, quite spacious, good location. Been here for a year now and just signed a new lease. Had some problems with a 10 year old with ADD living upstairs, but when you tell management about a problem, they get on it. No fake stuff, they're pretty honest. Only downfall would be the driveway, scared the heck outta me the first time we came down, but you get used to it. Parking is average. Great remodeled cabana and pool. And they've got two kinds of apartments to choose from - remodeled (about $200/month extra) which is REALLY nice, and old-school style (but with newer appliances) for the budget-conscious.
