Been here for a year now and just signed a new lease. Had some problems with a 10 year old with ADD living upstairs, but when you tell management about a problem, they get on it. No fake stuff, they're pretty honest. Only downfall would be the driveway, scared the heck outta me the first time we came down, but you get used to it. Parking is average. Great remodeled cabana and pool. And they've got two kinds of apartments to choose from - remodeled (about $200/month extra) which is REALLY nice, and old-school style (but with newer appliances) for the budget-conscious.
