Review content:
I lived there for six months and it was a rather unhappy six months. The staff was less than cordial ? they were great until I signed the lease; I saw large rodents on the premises occasionally ? never in my unit, that would have been a lease breaker; maintenance was very slow to respond; issues with the very steep hill at the entrance, especially during winter; I had major issues with receiving packages delivered to the rental office; but my biggest issue was with their lack of noise control, I mean I could hear everything that my neighbors were doing, no peace at all. Another thing I remember is frequent power interruptions; they were not always in conjunction with weather conditions. Pros: location, size of unit Cons: rodents, lack of noise control, frequent power interuptions, poor package handing, poor maintenance response time
