Mani with gel nails and express pedi 2/6/2012

As always it was wonderful. In all the years the salon has been open I've always had at least good service, and it is usually excellent. The staff is uniformly pleasant and efficient. The only changes I would suggest is that you insist (somehow) that clients not be more than 5 minutes late for an appointment or they have to reschedule. I've had to wait quite awhile for Kande a few times, and it is always because a client(s) was quite late and there is no way to hurry a mani with gel or other services. The faucets in the two bathrooms are too close to the edge of the bowl so it can be awkward and messy to wash hands. I LOVE the individual towels to dry hands. I've copied it at home. more

I have been going to Salon Estique for several months now. Their staff are professional and knowledgeable. I especially loved my last haircut and style with Denise. She was very personable and seems to love what she does! more

Amazing experience 2/5/2012

I was very impressed with the level of customer service that I received from the minute I walked into the salon until I done with my services. It is refreshing to have a company know what it means to put the customer first but to have the entire staff on board with their message...amazing. I highly recommend Salon Estique. more

I love change and variety. Peggy is the master at allowing me to grow into a style. Or, if I want to change direction, she's ready. Color Master! I always get comments from strangers on my hair color. Amazing talent. I never miss my appointments with Peggy. Love the staff at Salon Estique. more

Service review 2/4/2012

Everyone at Salon Estique made me feel wonderful. Brooke is just such a nice, patient and talened Stylist. She was so helpful when I wasn't happy with my hair color and made it so much better, without making me feel badly. I am so grateful for everyone there! They are very knowledgeable about the products, and I think it is terrific that you can return products if you are not happy with the results. I just really want to thank Brooke for all she does!! more

Brooke consistently gives me cuts that I can style myself at home. It's also helpful that I can come in for a free neck and bang trim in between cuts. more

Hollis is an exceptional styllist and a joy; I am very pleased I found her. I do have to comment that my first experience with your services was a much more relaxing one then my second. The young lady assisting Hollis did not seem like she enjoyed her job nor was my scalp or hand massage very relaxing. I think she spent less than 40 seconds on the scalp and was very pre-occupied with the hand massage and only did my right hand, never touched my left. That was one reaseon I chose to return to your salon, very nice to have those two extra things included..... more

Grate Hair cut 1/22/2012

Julies the best hair stylest I have ever ran across & @ 68 I`ve had 1,000`s of hair cuts. I once let it grow long enough to sit on because of a bad haircut. Can`t realy stand no one to mess with my head. So Julie took heart and gave me a cut I can take care of my self. and I have her cut it every 5 or 6 weeks, shes the gratest. Thanks Julie more

I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the door. They made me feel very important. Lanie was an exceptional employee. She was easy to talk to and I could not be more pleased with my haircut! She somehow did exactly what I wanted and I have received many compliments since I've been in! She was amazing! more

Peggy is the best; so professional! I love how she cuts and colors my hair. When I request something, she always understands. For instance, this time I asked her not to cut, but just shape it after coloring, and that is exactly what she did. Please give her my love. Peggy Murphy more
