Salon Extraordinare!!! 1/10/2012

From the minute you walk-in you feel special and welcome. The front customer service is the best I have ever encountered! Peggy is the greatest and the very best! Peggy is not just a master stylist, she is an Artiste Estraordinare!! I give her full reign over my hair which I have never done before in my life! Peggy has never disappointed me and I always look my best when she is done with me. I get compliments galore, but most importantly I feel good about my hair and you know what that means ladies, I feel good about me!! Peggy loves what she does and she cares about her clients and it shows! I look forward to my appointments and so appreciate my time at Salon Estique! more

I see Liz every two weeks and I actually have eyebrows now! I know that sounds silly, but my eyebrows were very sparse and she is an artist and actually worked to shape them and have them grow out over the course of several months, and now I actually have the eyebrows I did when I was in my 20's! I do not like how much you all push products!! If I bought everything they tried on me and recommended to me in just two visits, I would have at least 6 new items and would not be able to use but 2 of them. Also, forget about the hand massage during the cut. It's annoying to be asked. I feel embarrassed for the girl who offers the service when I turn her down. Your place pushes too hard to sell sell sell..services too. It's not relaxing. However, I do enjoy the head massage before being shampooed. All the people have been pleasant however. more

Eyebrow Shape 12/23/2011

Loved it! Worth every penny of your money...atmosphere is awesome. First salon visit ever where I walked in and instantly felt like a real 'woman'. Glass of wine, nice waiting area, ambience, perfect! And the complimentary fresh up on your make up by Lakesha topped it all off. Lakesha knows what she is doing...no pressure to buy product...you can tell her passion is to make you feel and look your best!!! more

Gel Manicure with Candee 12/22/2011

I recently had a gel manicure with Candee. I was very pleased and as always she does a wonderful job. Before my appointment I called to inquire if I would be charged to have the gel removed from my last appointement with Candee and was told as long as she had done the previous manicure there would be no charge to have it removed. However, I was charged 11.99 to have it removed and am just wondering if I was charged in error or if that charge is always in addition to the charge of the manicure. more

Retail experience during holidays 12/19/2011

The staff at salon estique is lovely .. I telephoned my retail needs Into the salon and they provided my products set aside at the front desk for me so that during this hectic holiday week my experience was fast .. and with a smile ! Thanks for being a great small business ! more

Sam always has a big smile on his face when Miss Stacy cuts his hair. He loves the look she gives him and he enjoys the whole experience. For this 8 year old it's worth every penny spent. more
