Great referral... 11/4/2011

I called on the recommendation of a friend and was given appt, same day. Rushed to see Alicia right after work and it was completely worth it. She's very experienced and the consult was expert!! She is creative, but still listened to what I wanted. Short hair is tough to get right..it looks great now, and as long as it still looks semi-structured in 5-6weeks...I'm going back. I will then have a "hair home" after 1 1/2 years in the Valley! more

The Best in Service!! 11/4/2011

I've been going to Salon Estique for almost 7 years now and will continue to go there because of the great service. Faye does such great facials and Lanie always makes me walk out of the salon feeling good about my hair. Everyone is always professional and courteous. Every visit at the salon is such a wonderful treat! more

Review of 10/29 appt 10/30/2011

I had a color service. Usually the color is fine however, this time the foil placements were improperly placed and look like big clumps of color and not integrated well into the rest of my hair. In addition, I noticed that color was not properly wiped off my forehead. more

Great color, cut & style 10/25/2011

I moved out of state a couple months ago and have had a terrible time finding a stylist as talented at Kelsey. I happened to be in Phoenix for a meeting, so Kelsey squeezed me into her schedule so she could "fix" my style. Thanks so much to Kelsey!!!! more

I was gone for the summer back east and endured bad roots for 3 months so I could wait to get back to AZ to have Kelsey do my hair. She is a total professional. She did a great job as usual. The salon is always busy but the staff takes time to speak with everyone coming in. Full service, great staff, very nice atmosphere. You will walk out feeling relaxed and very happy with the results of your visit. more

Loved my experience here! 10/15/2011

I loved my cut and color! The staff really work as a team and the result was beautiful! It was a lovely environment where I had nice conversation, a glass of wine and a relaxing scalp massage. It was more than I would normally spend though!!! They are good at upselling and that gets me every time! more

My haircut and style 10/15/2011

Denise did a great job with my haircut/style. I was surprised when I went to pay & a charge of $32 for Glaze was on the bill. I should have been asked If I wanted to spend extra for this. Because it was my Birthday I would receive a discount on product...why not make it really great & offer it on service?? Thank you, Dolores more
