I have been to Salon Disegno twice. The first time, Cayla did an amazing job on cut and color! Unfortunately, she was booked the second time around! I made an appt with Jacelyn and was completely unsatisfied with the color and cut!!\r

First, I asked for a medium brown color with a few warm caramel highlights and a trim because I was growing out my hair which has several layers. The color came out a weird bleached blonde color and extremely BRASSY! The stylist herself even commented on the brassiness of my hair!! She offered to fix it after she trimmed it. She only trimmed the bottom of the longest layer and did not trim the ends of the other layers, which are frayed! So she fixed the color, which borders a color closer to orange than caramel. When asked about the haircut, was told she would get around to it after she dried it. At that time, another client was already waiting so once the hair was dried, I was shooed out of the chair.\r

It came time to pay and the price was higher than quoted. When asked why, I was told I had to pay extra for the toner she used to fix the color that even she recognized she had messed up!!!! On top of it, I paid $48 dollars for a haircut that I could've received at a great clips and the ends are still shaggy and frayed! When asked to talk to a manager, I was told one wasn't there because they were closing early for a salon party that night. Overall, I was charged over $200 dollars for the worst hair cut and color service I have ever received!! Meanwhile, I still need an all over trim! Will never go back to her!!!
