If I could give this a zero rating I would,, danielle is teh rudesed most obnoxious person in the world,, she can't cut hair to save her life and the other people there are just as bad, take it from me first hand that they write there own reviews on this, if anyone truly thing this dump in saugus has 76 5 star reviews then go there see for yourself, but I will never that 120.00 I spent on a butcher job and I gave them a second chance frist with Meagan and then with Danielle ugghhhhhhhh not cool at all... more

I've found this great salon right around the corner. Chose it after reading reviews online. Previously, I'd been travelling quite a distance to have my hair done for some years.\r Asked for a stylist/colorist who could work with fine hair and they delivered. Working with Meaghan, who has turned out to be a gift. She's down to earth, talented, takes the time to listen which doesn't distract her whille she performis her art/talent. I love my cut and color and have received so many compliments. Also, she's been taking the time to teach me how to reproduce good results on my own --which is so much simpler and less time-consuming than what I used to endure. My hair is also much healthier. i have been going to this salon since it opened and have seen both maria and megan and they are both amazing! couldnt have been happier with my highlights and cut! every time i go in they always listen to exactly what i want. last time i got the keratin spray and it worked wonders! my hair feels so much healthier! when you walk in you right away feel so welcomed and very comfortable. everyone is so positive and is so talented! I have visited Salon Bella Sorella twice, and I do not believe that I will be going back. My first experience was fine, but the cut was a bit bland. On my second visit, I tried a different stylist. I made my appointment for a Wednesday evening after work. When I called a week in advance to make my appointment, the lady was friendly and helpful. However, she failed to mention that the stylists who work on Wednesday evening prefer to leave before 8 pm, which is closing time. My appointment was at 6. I was running early and called the salon to see if I could come in at 5:30; the traffic was light that day. I was told "yes, that will be better for me." Cons: Customer Service more

I kinda wanted to have a full, but she made me feel uncomfortable and intrusive, so I just agreed to let her do the partial. I left at 7 pm, and I did not understand why she did not have time to do a full color, I mean if someone had informed me that I could not get what I wanted because it would be a conflict for the stylist, I would have never made my appointment on a Wednesday, If you want to feel welcomed and get what you really want, don't go here. Along with the color bring sub-par, so was the cut. I actually went to another salon to have the cut modernized and trimmed a bit. I mean she didn't even dry cut my hair at all, so it laid flat. I will not say the stylist's name, but I will never go back. Along with all of this, the price was $10 more than what I was quoted at the beginning. I tip my stylist, and I still tipped 18% even though she over charged me....just an awful experience all the way around! Cons: Customer Service more

When I went into this salon, I was asked what I wanted. We looked through pictures together, discussed what I have had in the past. What I liked and didn't like about old haircuts. After all this Michelle took her time and really did a great job. Pros: They will sit and talk about what YOU want Cons: Can't think of any more

The whole crew is very responsive to their clients. Danielle has done wonders wtih the salon. Meghan has been doing my hair for several years. Also does my daughters. I have referred a few friends and their mothers -- and they have stayed with Meghan too. Alisha has cut my husband's hair. Did an awesome job. The salon did my wedding hair, my wedding party , and makeup in August ...fabulous job! The wedding party was served by the whole salon! Pros: Goldwell Color, Awesome Stylist, Good Location Cons: wish they were open on Sunday or Monday too. more
