Haircut and Color maintenance with Cindy Lou 1/16/2012

As always, I leave Salon Amour happy and with the color and haircut I envision. All my requests are met with a smile. All the Staff is always accomodating and extremely nice, super professional. I've been a customer for over 7+ years and I love it. more

Flakey - Cancelled my daugher's appt last minute - very disappointing 1/14/2012

My 11 year old daughter has been looking forward to a new salaon experience for two weeks. This morning I get a call that her appointment is cancelled for this afternoon. They tried to fit her in with an alternate stylist who happened to be my original stylist who chopped my hair! I declined on switching to this stylist, who ironically is also much more expensive, and now I need to start looking for a new salon. Can't have flakey when cutting hair. more

Magician 1/11/2012

Darlene is a magician!! I have had my hair styled by Darlene 2Xs now, and both times I leave the salon feeling beautiful. I believe the key to Darlene's ability to get-it-right each time is that she actually LISTENS to her client and then pulls out her magic wand. Thanks, Darlene!!!!! more

First time client visit 1/11/2012

Hello, I was a first time client today and my stylist was Angie Gillen. I had a really bad experience some months ago in another salon and she was sooooo attentive and concerned about getting my info and what I wanted! It was very comforting to talk with her and the message, shampoo, and hand message were wonderful!!! She made sure half way through the cut it was what I wanted and when I said she could go shorter, she was gracious and recut some of my hair to make it shorter. I can't tell you how happy I am with my cut and the level of service she gave me today. I will be back and thank you for having this service so I can tell you how wonderful my experience was, thank you!!! more

I love entering Salonamour. I feel more relaxed once I enter the doors. Darlene cut my hair and she is always so pleasant and carefully asks what I want done. She does an excellent job and makes sure I am satisfied. I highly recommend Darlene and the whole Salonamour experience. more

Great color 1/3/2012

I was in for the first time with this salon. Angie was great with helping me get back to my "roots". Althought, the cut was not the best for my naturally curly hair. My ends were still left fraid and my hair was not curling as it should after a "fresh cut". I did go get a cut only two weeks after my "cut", somewhere else. I call and dicuss this with Angie in the future. My schdule is busy and it is hard to make an appt .two weeks out. (living in Benicia). Absulutely amazing. 12/29/2011

I was a walk in. My hairdresser was Andrea. She was very attentive and detail oriented. I love the atmosphere (it was very relaxing and they don't treat you like you don't belong there). I loved it and my haircut. So I will be back for sure. Thank you for the great experience. more
