I loved that the color treatment was less harsh and the young woman who cut my hair was nice BUT, my hair in the back is not straight. My husband and several co-workers have pointed it out. I would go back and have it fixed but I have a very heavy work schedule right now. So, I am stuck with crooked hair until I get it cut again. I probably will not go back.
