Best Service Advisor on the planet...Chris 6/9/2014

No matter what brand of car you have, eventually you need service. Chris makes that experience pleasurable. I waited for 1:15 while my car was serviced. It came back right the first time. Chris constantly was asking if I was comfortable and what he could do to make my stay better. He is a major reason why I would buy another Hyundai. more

I only needed routine maintenance so I took my car in at shop opening time after working a night shift. The manager had 2 technicians work on my car in order to get it done faster so I could go home and to bed. more

They don't have pride in what they do! 8/13/2013

I was VERY disappointed when I came back to get my car. Not only they didn't wash the car (what the other dealers DO), but the car was DIRTIER than when I left it at the dealer. There were black hand marks everywhere on the outside of the car AND INSIDE the car!!! You need to teach your mechanics to wash their hands. more
