I was VERY disappointed when I came back to get my car. Not only they didn't wash the car (what the other dealers DO), but the car was DIRTIER than when I left it at the dealer. There were black hand marks everywhere on the outside of the car AND INSIDE the car!!! You need to teach your mechanics to wash their hands.
