Excellent Service! 10/26/2011

I just went in yesterday for the first time and the experience was amazing! Im used to just going in and getting color and cut and out the door. At Sagittarius the service was amazing, walked in and it was so different from what Im used too, had a shoulder massage, nice people, scalp massage and even a hand massage while she was washing my hair! I will definately return!! more

Awesome! Exactly what I wanted 10/25/2011

I made the switch to Sagittarius after taking a break from dying my hair for 2 years. I was looking for some highlights with low maintenance since I work full time and have a small child. Megan is the BEST! 10/23/2011

I am in the Army and travel frequently. I have yet to find a better colorist / stylist than Megan. I am driving 4 hours on Tuesday to have her do my hair. She is absolutely the best. The Salon and Spa is so relaxing that I've recruited my Aunt to make the trip with me. I assure you she will not be disappointed. I recommend this establishment to all. 5 Stars +! more

I love Sagittarius! 10/22/2011

I had my hair cut and colored about 3 weeks ago and I called back the second week on that Monday to talk with Janelle because I wanted more highlights in my hair, she was not availabe so I talked with someone else who made sure I set up appointment to come back in , so I made the appointment and I was sick when my appointment time came so than we made another appointment and it was 2 weeks later , went in and was very very happy with my hair color ( highlights) I love Sagittarius, I have been going to Sagittarius for almost 1 year now about every 5 weeks and Im so happy with the Salon and my hairdresser.I would not go any where else now that I found Sagittarius. I love the Salon and you cannot get a better staff. more

rude phone call 10/22/2011

At 4:16 my phone rang and a girl stated that my son had an appt. at 4 p.m. I said, "Yes, I know. He left at 3:30 p.m. and should be there by now." She replied, "Well, he's not here and he's late for his scheduled appt." As I was reaching for my cell phone to call and check on him (obviously worried at this point because he left in plenty of time and we're never late for appts.) she started chatting with someone else nearby and found out that he not only was on time but was sitting in the chair getting his hair cut. She apologized and hung up. She was completely unprofessional and rude to me in our conversation. Came across very immature, too. I was not impressed. more

Color Screw Up 10/21/2011

I colored my hair and ended up a too-bright red. Michelle was extrememly helpful and informative as well as understanding. She toned it down and gave me great advice as to what to do all without any judgement of my screw up. Excellent! more

Faith was absolutely amazing....as always! I went to another salon because I couldnt get in with Faith, and of course they messed it up. Faith was able to fix their mess and make my hair look great, like she always does. I will never go anywhere else again! more

Wedding Bliss 10/16/2011

I used Sagittarius for the bridal party, myself, and my groom~ Needless to say it was the best thing I could have done for our wedding! Sam was able to Orchestrate it perfectly, all of my Bridesmaids had their hair and make-up done to perfection and my (very picky) groom had his hair styled for the day, and Loree was wonderful with him. My hair and make-up were done to perfection. AND we were able to have a table set up for brunch, I had the BEST day, and so much of it had to do with Sag's staff and their impeccable customer service. more
